AHE 3.5.2 - Backspace/Delete Not Working in Firefox ONLY

The backspace and delete key do not function UNLESS the user enters something into the keyboard FIRST, then backspace and delete work fine.I reviewed previous previous service tickets for backspace/delete key not working, but not sure what version can fix the problem.
Can you please check on this and advise? We can provide username/password to our page in question if needed.
