I have a form that uses the HTML editor in it that is hidden until a button is clicked. Once I click the button the form shows up but the HTML editor does not display any toolbars in FF and has most of the greyed out in other browsers.

Removing the display: none from my CSS for the div fixes it. But I need the form hidden until the button is pushed to display the form.

I have tried adding it to a modal but the same thing happens.
