Ok, I allowed CS6 Extension Manager to import all my existing extension, then updated the Tabs extension and it wouldn't work.
I then uninstalled all the extensions then reinstalled Tabs extension and it works fine now.

All of our products are fully compatible and work fine in DW CS6.
