Please, check in your Mac following location:
Applications/Adobe Dreamweaver CC/Configuration/DisabledFeatures/
for Deprecated_ServerBehaviours_Support.zxp and try installing it instead.

You can also start Extension Manager CC, go to Tools/Preferences and clear the check for "Show warning when installing unsigned ZXP extensions"
If this does not help, clear also the option for "Allow Extension Manager to access internet"
