On this page you are using Ajax Form and HTML5 Data Bindings. The way you are using them is causing an error. What is the purpose of using ajax form on this page?

There is no good reason for an ajax form. It is just that I followed the tutorial and thought that I needed it.

Please remove the ajax form from this page. HTML5 Data Bindings does not require it.
