Fade in (or transition) repeat region records on load?

Is it possible to have my recordset fade in (or any other visual transition) once the data is loaded? I'm trying to use the DMXZone Behavior connector,I'm confused as to whether I should be setting the Behavior settings in the "Data Source" section or the Repeat Region section of the Data Bindings palette.
