Dreamweaver cc 2015; installed dmx database connector php on sept 25 2015. Made database connection and made database source connections successfully. I cannot get data bindings floating panel to show up so that I can create my dynamic pages. Legacy connections appear but I don't want to use them.HELP,

The HTML5 Data Bindings panel should be enable from within the Window menu of DW.
