Hello,
I have an App connected with a MySql database and to make it I've used your HTML5 Data Bindings extension:
www.dmxzone.com/go/22827/building-mobile-apps-with-html5-data-bindings-and-dmxzone-database-connector

Now when I open the "Data Source" in the "Data Bindings control panel", the "Type" menu view me this message:
Database Source (deprecated - use Server Connect)

Could you tell me how to update (or to create new Data Source) without lost the previous connection?

Thanks.
Regards,
Michele

Hello Michele,
your apps created using HTML% Data Bindings will continue working fine, no need to recreate/update them.

Ok, thanks Teodor.

Last question... DMXzone will continue to support about mobile Apps datasource building or the message "deprecated" means that you have closed this area of development?

No, we have not closed this area for sure
Everything now will just be created through the Server Connect.

Hello Teodor,
I'm working about a new App (jQuery Mobile/Phonegap) and I'd like to use "Server Connect" instead of the deprecate data source function in "HTML5 Data Bindings".

Is it possibile to use "Server Connect" to do the same things in this video/tutorial (load data from remote site into static App)?
