HTML5 bindingspanel doesn't work

Since updates HTML5 databindings panel doesn't work anymore. Reset everything. Reinstall all extensions nothing works. + sign doesn't work and Databindings panel stays empty

What version of DW are you using? Do you have the server connect extension installed and is its panel not working also?
