I am unable to install the Bootstrap 3.0 extension.The Extension Manager seems to run, but when I try to launch the BS3 from the insert panel, I get a notice that it is not installed.

What version of Dreamweaver are you using?
Did the installation wizard appear when you started your DW and opened a blank page in it? Is there any error message and what is it?

Your sales rep on chat advised me to clean out the Dreamweaver cache and that did the job.

No Installation for bootstrap3 possible!
- reinstall bootstrap 1.2
Cleaning the cache did not solve the problem.
So what is the solution?

I did the following steps. Now it works.

Works also for Windows 8 and DW CS6
