I have only converted the "Home" page (index.html). The styling that changed was the <h1> header. The header font had been yellow, not it is a dark gray. I am unable to discover where the change was made.

The issue is caused by the fact your drs-style.css is loaded before the bootstrap css, and this way bootstrap styles override yours.
Please just move the Boostrap css file before your drs-style.css.

I had tried moving down my drs-styles... But I guess I did not move it down far enough. When I placed it all the way at the end of all the styles, I got my styling back. Thanks.
