BS3 Templates cannot be installed

Hi DMX-teamWhen trying to use one of the new BS3 templates, such as BS3 landing page or Resp. BS3 Portfolio template, Dreamweaver complains, that BS3 is not installed.
Of course I have the latest BS3 installed.
System info:
W7Pro 64
DW CS6 latest build
Any ideas?

Please do the following:
1. Uninstall the Bootstrap 3 and Boostrap 3 Elements extensions + the Templates.
2. Restart DW
3. Clear DW cache: www.dmxzone.com/go/16740/clearing-dreamweaver-s-cache/
4. Restart DW
5. Install Boostrap3 and Bootstrap 3 Elements
6. Restart DW
7. Install the Templates
8. Restart DW and try to insert the template Insert > DMXzone Templates >
1. Uninstall the Bootstrap 3 and Boostrap 3 Elements extensions + the Templates.
2. Restart DW
3. Clear DW cache: www.dmxzone.com/go/16740/clearing-dreamweaver-s-cache/
4. Restart DW

Update: just found out that the Bootstrap Extensions are only visible in the dmxzone Extension Manger, but not in the Dreamweaver Extension Manager.
Is this the correct behaviour ? or should they be visible in both Extension Manager ?
