Go to Commands > DMXzone Bootstrap 3 Options > Uncheck Automatic File Update option.

A quick note to others. If you do the same for Bootstrap 2 be sure you are working in a Bootstrap 2 site as it will convert your page and add all of the Bootstrap 2 files as soon as you uncheck the option.
