created a page with extension and then extension stopped working

Part 1-I created a brand new page, added bootstrap, the extension saved all the necessary files as it should.
I added several containers and rows, etc. to the page
I saved my progress and all my options went away. now says "Open a page using Bootstrap"
Part 2

Hello Jen,
Please try clearing your DW cache ( www.dmxzone.com/go/16740/clearing-dreamweaver-s-cache/ ), also please make sure the paths to the bootstrap files are correct in the Commands > DMXzone Bootstrap 3 Options

Hi Teodor. thanks for the link. I cleared the cache. I also checked the links in the Options box and they appear to be correct. I still cannot access the extension tools.
One thing that did change, instead of "Open a page using Bootstrap" it now says "Add Bootstrap 3 to this Page" instead.

This problem is related to one of these:
1. Corrupted DW Cache
2. Corrupted DW Configuration
Both can be the reason for your panels not to refresh properly and show actual information. How can you check this - open your Botostrap 3 Page, click inside the row/cell, then switch to Properties Panel and switch back to Bootstrap 3 Grid panel. Do you now see the Bootstrap Grid properties?
This problem is related to one of these:
1. Corrupted DW Cache
2. Corrupted DW Configuration
