I am not sure how familiar you are with the Bootstrap 3 Framework, but depending on the screen sizes, the default container widths are:
Extra small devices Phones (<768px) : None (auto)
Small devices Tablets (≥768px): 750px
Medium devices Desktops (≥992px): 970px
Large devices Desktops (≥1200px): 1170px
If you add a fluid container it will fill up your screen width.
