I'm using Dreamweaver CS6 and Bootstrap 3 and Elements. I'm trying to add CSS properties to a page I created from scratch (not using a template) but keep getting the following error message "Making this change would require changing code that is locked by a template or a translator. The change will be discarded." Can someone please help me with this as I was not having this problem before installing Bootstrap? Thank you!!!! Replies

Hello John,
It seems you are trying to edit the bootstrap css files, using the CSS Inspector/Panel. Unfortunately this is not possible as bootstrap core css files are LOCKED for editing.
If you want to add styles to your bootstrap elements, you need to do this in a separate CSS file, included after the bootstrap CSS.
