The images folder is not created. Not only are the images missing but so is the folder when I apply bootswatch under Bootstrap 3 Options: www.goldbuyer.com/bootstrap/3/images/bodyback.jpg

I used a dark theme, but it is not created at all. I connected to the theme css but it does not even create a dark background. I'm on CC 2014.1

Hi Jefferis,
I am not sure what exactly the issue is. The ONLY file that bootstwatch themes change is the core bootstrap css file located into the bootstrap/3/css folder.
I am not sure what you mean by: " I connected to the theme css" ?
The only thing that needs to be done is to upload the folder i mentioned to your server.

The bootstrap-theme.css file is also there and I connected to it, but neither it nor the bootstrap.css contains the Cyborg black background and color scheme... both are uploaded to the server.

bootstrap-theme.css has nothing to do with Bootswatch... it is not being used. This is an optional file, that you can use to style the bootstrap appearance.
Please switch the include type to: local minified and see if this makes any difference:

Yes that makes the difference. I am not sure why the standard file did not update as well. I used Convert to Bootstrap 3 first and then applied the option styles.
