Best way is to show you so please see attached video. I have the same feature on another page with no delay, plays just fine, and just can not figure it out......

After pulling the page apart to remove any client information I simply decided to rebuild it and see if the issue resolved itself. There still seems to be an issue so I removed the animation all together and will return to the problem when I have more time (deadline looming) and provide you access to the page.
