I recently installed DMXzone Bootstrap 3, but I have had several problems getting things working. First I tried to download and install the Universal Responsive Bootstrap template, but nothing happens. It just sits there and nothing happens. Then, I tried to manually create my own design, but under the "Insert" tab there is no Bootstrap Scaffolding item to work with. Please help! I tried removing the cache file, but still no change.

I am on Windows 7 using a fully updated Dreamweaver CS5.5. Thanks for your help!

Update: I figured out that the scaffolding items are now on the Grid, so that's cool. However, I would still like to use a template and I can't get those going. I can see that the template is available in the Insert->DMXzone Templates menu item in Dreamweaver, but nothing happens when I try to use it.
