For some reason my carousels on the website only work half the time.
Can't seem to find the problem as it doesn't occur all the time.
Also have the same problem with the collapse dropdowns at that same moment.

If you refresh the page it sometimes works or If you go to a different page and come back to the same page it sometimes works.
Many different visitors using different browsers report this problem to me regularly and I can't find a solution.
All pages were I have a carousel and collapse have this problem.
