I have CC & CS6 on my system and formerly had most of your extensions installed under the subscription. My subscription lapsed, I re-upped, and was given a new serial number. I tried updating my extensions, put in the new serial number and got caught in a loop...said the serial number was not registered. So...I uninstalled all the extensions (!) from CS6, downloaded the new extension manager and ran it. It shows 3 programs (cs6, cs6 new, and cc). It won't let me install anything to CS6, but it will install into CS6 new. The extension show up as being installed in the extension manager, but when I open up CS6 they don't appear. In fact, there is no DMXzone under "insert". However, the extension manager does show up under "commands" and will start if I click on that, but will not actually install anything. Help!!! Also, it does not start up when CS6 starts (except that it shows in the command menu).

Hi James.
Please donwload, install and use DMXzone Extension Manager: www.dmxzone.com/go/22670/dmxzone-extension-manager-for-dreamweaver
It is faster and lighter than the Adobe Extension Manager. You do no longer need to use serial numbers and user/pass on installing extensions. In a single click you can install ALL of the extensions.

Teodor...I guess I wasn't clear. The problem was with the new dmxzone extension manager. I can't get it to work.

What do you mean by can't get it to work? Are there any errors? The dmxzone em is not asking for any serial number, and you are saying it asked you?
All you need to do is:
Open dmxzone em, log in, select DW version, go to Explore tab and install the extensions you want to use.

That is what I did. What happens is that in the DMXZ extension manager it shows that the extensions are installed, but when I open CS6 the only dmxzone product that shows up is the DMXZ ext. Manager under "Commands". In the insert menu there are NO DMXZone products.

1. Did you try clicking the reinstall/reinstall al buttons?
2. Are you sure you selected the proper version from the versions dropdown?
3. Is your insert panel enabled (window>insert)?

1) I tried that first...didn't work.
2) as I said, the 3 versions that showed up are cs6, cs6 new, and cc. Oddly it doesn't find cc 2014 edition.
3) yes.
