I need to customize the UI of the flash upload control PAU to match the branding of a client's website. I need to replace the buttons. How can I do this?

Unfortunately in the present moment there is no a way for you to customize the look of the buttons of the Multiuploader. We are still considering such option to be added in future updates. I'll have your question added as request to extension wish list.
