This error starting coming up this morning when I fired up Dreamweaver CS4 this morning.

While executing onLoad in PureUpload30_onStartUp.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occured:
In file "PureUpload30_onStartUp":
onStartUp is not defined.

I have had no real problems using Pure ASP Upload or Smart Image Processor 2 up until this point, and I've been using it for about 8 months now. I have reinstalled both Dreamweaver CS4 as well as both Pure ASP Upload and Smart Image Processor, but I'm still receiving this error. If I click "OK" I then get another error:

While executing onLoad in sip2_onOpen.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occured:
In file "sip2_onOpen":
onOpen is not defined

Upon exiting the program I get this error:

While executing onLoad in TeamAdminTempDelete.html, the following JavaScript error(s) occured:
In file "TeamAdminTempDelete":
delTempFile is not defined
