ampersan in filename

Reported 20 May 2011 20:14:35
has this problem
20 May 2011 20:14:35 David Stoltz posted:
I've found out that if you upload a document with an ampersan in the file name (ie. "Tom & Mike.doc" it will remove the ampersan in the actual file it saves, but the filename in the form request still has it...

So the file is saved like "Tom Mike.doc", but the form value is still correct if I grab it to save to a database or whatever.

Is this by design?

Hello David,

The name that goes in the database is set before the cleaning function to be applied.

Will have this raised as issue for fixing.

Thank you for your notice.

Still waiting for a solution to this problem. This is the worst support I've ever experienced for a plugin.
