I could not find a way to post this under DMX Extension Manager so, I posted here.I have tried downloading extensions with Edge, IE, and Firefox. Each failed. The download would start but then freeze.
What might I be doing wrong? Is there another way to try and download?
My OS is Win10 Pro.
Thanks...John

Hello John,
What exactly you cannot download? The extension manager or the navigation menu?

What do you mean by freezes? Where does it freeze? What do you see in the queue tab - please try removing the extensions from there and download again.

The downloading process starts and then stops after downloading 1% to 25%. I have stopped the downloads in the queue, several times, and then starting over.
Can I change the location the extensions are downloaded to?
Thanks...John

No, you cannot change the location. I'd suggest you to check your internet connection, if the download stops.

What might be the technical reason, that I can download from other sites using the same internet connection but, not your extensions? I have spent a lot of money on your extensions and at least right now, I cannot download them. Seems you should be willing to help me with a workaround.

Hello John,
If your question is - if there is an issue with the DMXzone Extension Manager, the answer is - no.
Currently i see the extension manager is online and functioning on a few thousands users' computers, and there is no issue with the network, as there is always somebody downloading something. It could be some router you are using, some firewall, some security software... lots of things.
As you can see i am trying to identify what is causing the issue on your side (as i said no issues with our server or DMXzone EM). Please send me screenshots of what EXACTLY do you see in installed tab and in queue tab of DMXzone EM. Please also send me a screenshot of the DMXzone EM open, so i can see what is listed there as well.
Please send these to support@dmxzone.com

I have updated to extension manager 1.2.3. The link below show the error I get when I try to start the app.

I'm going to see if I have a copy of 1.2.2 somewhere.
Before I installed 1.2.3, I was able to download the extensions I needed by using my cell phone as a mobile hot spot.

Hi John,
Did you update it internally (through the EM interface), or did you download it from our site first?

I downloaded it first.
I have reverted to 1.2.1. I had deleted 1.2.2.

I re-downloaded and reinstalled Manager V1.2.3. Manager loads fine now. Downloading an extension still freezes up.

If the extension download stuck, and the extensions in the queue are not finished - there is some issue with your connection to the server - a firewall, a router, or ISP issues.
