Having specified a style sheet on the General tab, and checking Style and Styles on the Toolbars tab, the style drop down is in the tool bar, but grayed out. All files are uploaded. What am I missing?

Note that for enabling the styling dropdown, first you need to wrap the content with formatting.From the first dropdown select Heading,Paragraph,div.... after that apply styling from the second dropdown which represent your custom stylesheet.
