Just upgraded to v 1.01 and opened existing pages only to find design view complete mess as all content is shown as one long file without tabs and "eyes" to expand these as before. Live view ok, but putting pages together is now no longer possible in design view (CS 6, Win 7)

Please uninstall the extension and clear your DW cache: www.dmxzone.com/go/16740/clearing-dreamweaver-s-cache/

Then restart your Dreamweaver and install the extension again.
