Dynamic sort doesn't play nice with search filter

I followed the video tutorial on how to create dynamic sorting links (ascending/descending). I also followed another video tutorial on how to set up a search tool. Both worked perfectly when I did them individually, but when I tried to combine both on the same page, that's when I ran into problems.

The search works, and the dynamic sort works, but they won't work together. For example, if I do a search, and then try to sort those results by one of the columns (asc/desc), my search is lost and all records are shown and sorted by the column link I clicked.

It seems like the column dynamic sort needs to work WITHIN the search results, but right not it just overrides it. Is there a way to get the dynamic sorting to work search results?

I could really use the ability to blend column sorting with search capabilities when implementing data driven pages for my client jobs. Any progress on making this possible with this extension???

This is resolved!

I just ran my first test since updating the HTML5 Data Bindings extension, and it appears you can now do column sorting with search with no problem.

Hello,
The sort/search compatibility was indeed improved in the latest update of the extension.
