...the sitemap. Huge websites (ibm.com) might need one. But for most websites a sitemap for me is the equivalent to a road map. If you travel through an unknown city, that has a lot of signs to show you your way (which is the primary navigation of the "city-website"), you won't need a map. If there are no signs you get lost and need a will eventually need a map.

But nevertheless, the sitemap belongs to such an article and again, it's a very valuable one!
