What might be the technical reason, that I can download from other sites using the same internet connection but, not your extensions? I have spent a lot of money on your extensions and at least right now, I cannot download them. Seems you should be willing to help me with a workaround.
Hello John, If your question is - if there is an issue with the DMXzone Extension Manager, the answer is - no. Currently i see the extension manager is online and functioning on a few thousands users' computers, and there is no issue with the network, as there is always somebody downloading something. It could be some router you are using, some firewall, some security software... lots of things. As you can see i am trying to identify what is causing the issue on your side (as i said no issues with our server or DMXzone EM). Please send me screenshots of what EXACTLY do you see in installed tab and in queue tab of DMXzone EM. Please also send me a screenshot of the DMXzone EM open, so i can see what is listed there as well. Please send these to
