I have the problem with a javascript error when attempting to install Pure ASP Upload 3.1.3. I followed the process to un-install the extension, then removed the cache file (Windows 7, DW CS5.5) according to the instructions. The problem persists. Interesting that in the re-load - it did not ask for the product serial number - so maybe the older version was not fully uninstalled? The 2-year-old solution did not work. Please help! Replies

The extra advice about deleting the .mno file did the trick. I successfully re-loaded the extension and the problem is solved. Thank you for your quick response!
