About the extensions prices:

• Q: Until when will be the 50% off sale?
  A: This is not a sale, but permanent price cut.
  

• Q: Will the upgrade extension prices also be cut in half?
  A: We've already cut the upgrade prices.

• Q: What about extensions updates?
  A: Extensions updates have always been free of charge and they'll remain so (valid for minor updates 1.x). You can subscribe to our Product Update, which you'll receive by e-mail once the update is released.
  

• Q: I've used ASP extensions and now I want to switch to PHP. What should I do?
  A: We have crossgrade prices, also known as upgrade prices that are cheaper. You upgrade possibilities could be found under MyDMXzone section.

• Q:Are you going to cut the prices on the E-books and Premium content articles.
  A: Mostly our E-books and Premium content articles are provided by third parties, therefor they will remain the same. You can also purchase the Premium Content Yearly subscription or Discount Cupons.

• Q: Will the support remain free?
  A: Yes, both the support forums and the Live Chat will remain free of charge for every extension owner.

• Q: I've bought extensions recently on old prices, can i get the sales price retroactively?
  A: Unfortunately not, but now you can take advantage of the price change for some of the many other product we have.

• Q: I need product A and product B, can I get a discount?

• Q: Do you have an extensions subscription.
  A: Since yesterday we offer a All Extensions Access Yearly Subscription, you can see the benefits or having one here.

• Q: Does the All Extensions Access Yearly Subscription auto renew when expired?
  A: Yes, if you're a PayPal user it renews automatically until you cancel it manually through your PayPal account. If you use any other payment method it expires at the end of the year period and needs to be renewed manually.
  

• Q: What happened if i cancel my subscription manually?
  A: It will not be renewed automatically but it be valid for use on DMXzone until expiration day.

• Q: I canceled my subscription in the halfways the term - can I get my money for the rest of the term?
  A: No, the subscription remains valid at DMXzone until the term expires. It just won't be automatically renewed.
  

• Q: Can I download new extensions with my subscription?
  A: You have an access to any extension that will be released during the period of your subscription.
