Dynamic Select Lists and Dependable Drop Down Lists with HTML5 Data Bindings

All you need to do is create two data sources using HTML5 Data Bindings, from the first one, create a dynamic list and filter the second one by URL variable and do another dynamic list. The second video is a step by step tutorial on how to create a dynamic select list by adding a select field on your page, create a data source, again with HTML5 Data Bindings, and apply the repeat region, title and value elements to the select field.
