New Payment Methods and Shopping Cart, Please Read!

Useful information about our new payment methods and how to use the shopping cart

We're extremely happy to announce the great improvement of our shopping cart and the new payment methods that you can choose from. We've partnered with Stripe as our Credit Card payment provider and now you can not only use your Visa and MasterCard but also American Express. In addition you can store your credit card info under the new "Billing options" tab and it will appear in the payment options dropdown for quick selection. The purchase process is really simple, you can choose from quick purchase of a single product or add to cart for multiple. So make sure to check out what's new below and let us know if you experience any troubles with our newest shopping cart.

The Story

Purchasing with a Registered DMXzone Account

Signing in DMXzone.com - If you're already a DMXzone member, simply login with your e-mail and password.

Purchasing products - To buy a product all you need to do is hit the "Buy Now" button. If you're purchasing more than one product, please use "Add to cart" button.

Multiple purchases discount - The more extensions you add to the shopping cart the greater discount you get. Volume discounts apply to the following products:

Any combination of DMXzone Extensions
Any combination of templates
Any combination of e-Books

Pricing for a single product - When buying a single product, in the shopping cart, you can see the price for a single license of the product and the total cost of your purchase. The Sales tax (if applicable - EU members only) will be calculated once you hit the "Checkout" button. You can also change the number of licenses at any time from the Qty drop down.

Pricing for multiple extensions - In the shopping cart you can preview the total discount applied on your purchase.

Sales Tax - European law requires us to calculate VAT when selling our products to private persons. If you have a business in the EU and you have valid VAT number, you can enter it during the checkout process. The number will be verified online and if it is valid you won't be charged VAT.

NOTE: According to the law, EU member state residents are charged with VAT regardless if they provide VAT number. The reason is that DMXzone is registered in the Netherlands.

Using Promo codes - Occasionally we will provide Promo codes for additional discount. In order to use it, simply add the code in the Promo field and apply it.

Payment methods - Now you have the opportunity to pay for your products via PayPal and Direct Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). Choose the one that suits you the best and proceed with the payment. You can also store your credit card details in your account for quick pickup during the purchasing process.

Download and Install the products - Once you're done with the payment you can find the serial number for your extension(s) at any time in your DMXzone Profile under Products tab. If you have the DMXzone Extension Manager install they will appear in the Purchased tab automatically for direct install without serial number.

Store your credit card - If you don't want to enter your credit card details every time you purchase from DMXzone you can store your card details under the Billing Options in your account.

You can also store your credit card details during the payment process by checking "Store card" checkbox.

Purchasing without a DMXzone Account

Non-registered users follow the exact same procedure as the registered but upon proceeding to payment they're asked for name and e-mail address, where we send the confirmation email with serial number and additional information.

This checkout function is extremely frustrating. It does not want to accept payment even after trying multiple credit cards.
