Anybody have a starting point for a script like the ones you see all over that use a form to send an email with a small message and a link in it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

OK, never mind. I found something. The problem I had was getting it to pass the URL to the mail page, but I added a variable to the URL and it all works.
