<font face='Verdana'></font id='Verdana'>Howdy All,

I have been having some problems trying to find a solution for this problem I'm encountering. I'm hoping someone here can help.

Anyway, I'm getting an error 405 Method Not Allowed when I Modify &gt; Connections &gt; (Connection) &gt; Test... And, needless to say, when I go to create a recordset, I get an error stating that it cannot retrieve the tables check the connections.

Prior to this, I had been receiving an error 404 that seemed to be caused by my Application Server Info not being set correctly (per the Macromedia article). After "fixing" this I started to get the 405 error.

I don't have code in any pages as of yet (since I can't get the connection working), so I know that it doesn't have anything to do with posting an action to an html page (i.e., the only solution remotely familiar to my problem in Macromedia's knowledge base).

Thanks in advance

Have you been able to resolve this problem? I have just done a fresh install of Dreamweaver MX and can't even get my db connection created because of this same error. I would appreciate any assistance you can offer. I have already tried uninstalling and re-installing the program, and replacing the "scripts" folder (which was mentioned on the macromedia form), but to no success.

Thanks in advance,
Darryl
