I have set up a test page with three frames on. One is top level navigation , second is submenu navigation and third is main content. In the top two frame I use tables. Problem is when I load it in Netscape 4.7 the seconf frame is pushed up partially covering the first frame. I have tried everything. I am a flash designer that has decided I make use of html, dhtml etc and I am finding it really hard please can anyone help?
