Is it possible to control the margins of a particular layer only? I created a layer 200x150 and I am putting links in it. Unfortunately the text is all the way to the left. I want it over 3 to 4 pixels.

A quick solution would be to add a table in the layer w/ the width and height set to 100%, and then set the cell padding for the table. Otherwise, it may be controllable through CSS.
