Help! I have got Pure ASP Upload working fine, only I haven't got write permissions to the folders I want to upload to. How can my users upload using my ISP account details to gain write access to the folders (Win2K server, coding using VBScript, Access databases)

you dont really want to give your users access to your isp account details, what you need to do is ask your isp to set up a folder that has anonymous ftp access so that you can set up Pure asp to upload to it.
some servers will do it, some won't.

Hmmm, they shyed away from that when I asked, probably cause i'm going to need to create a new folder every week, and eventually will let users create their own folder (is the write access inherited?) - they said something about using the Files System Object so I had write access to the entire site. That's getting into territory that I don't understand (but don't mind learning about) I just need pointed in the right direction.
