Internal Server Error 500??? Help!

My website has started throwing internal server error 500 at everybody.... does anybody know what this means? Is there any way to fix it? Website running on Win2KServer with IIS5 & ODBC. Help me please... <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>

500 errors are internal server errors, usually caused by bad configuration. Check all your settings and make sure there's no misconfigured options or any dodgy scripts in the directories that might mess it up (such as .htaccess files in UNIX).

Very important is whta the 500 error is saying can be hundred of things...

check if in your IE configuration "show friendly HTTP-errors" is switeched on or off...

Let me know what tyhe error is maybe i can help...

I am getting the same thing. I can read simple data onto my pages, but as soon as I add an update or insert record, I get this:

Error: 502 Bad Gateway.

Origin server is returning status code 500

It is happening on my Web server as well as my local machine using IIS.
