Anyone know how to do this?

Have a page with about 25 videos on it that users will click to watch in separate window. I want to show the first frame of the video w/o having to load the entire video into thier cache (for slower users). I am using quicktime.

Any Ideas?

maybe you can justmake the first frame of your movie as gif or jpg.

And from the link go to the gif or jpg page first before to to the movie

Thats what i'd do.

Just make a capture of the first frame into a thumbnail jpeg and link it to the movie window.

"Get the kettle on, time for a brew"

or you could use flash...
