Is there a product like "PD_Html_Editor.mxp" (online editor) that include tables - I need to be able to control the position of images and text. I work with Ultadev asp + access/sql

Yeah, there is a new editor just released here last week called "RTE Editor" or something like that... look under the news sections and you'll find it.
