I have a db that contains the news and I want to display the last for stories on my main page, I know how to do all this, but I want the repeat region to look like my example below, and that is the bit I'm not quite sure how to go about.

1 headline | 3 headline
2 headline | 4 headline

This will be in a table with two columns and two rows

I found the Horizontal Looper which does exactly what I wanted to do. Please share...Horizontal Looper? How? I'm trying to do listings for homes and would like each odd row to have a different background...any idea?
