Running DWMX & UD4 on same machine

Does anyone know if installing DWMX demo on my machine will overwrite my Ultradev4 that is already installed?I would like to have both installed as many of my sites are already using Imphact with UD4, but I would like to give MX a trial.

You can run UD4 and MX on one computer. No problemo!

Yeah install it, dont worry.. it wont replace it... maybe just the file extentions but that will be just on .fla or .png but since dreamweaver is .html it wont be anyone...
