Here's another for you:

I installed Microsoft Personal Web Server, but when I click on the http, I get an error message, (the server is not found). My http address is the number that identifies my computer on the network.

Can this be changed, and if so, how.

Thanks again,
Tracey Johnson

Hi Johnson,
Usually you can access your server by calling the URL
localhost or 127.0.0.1 by default.
Are you using PWS on Windows 2000 or Windows Millinieum??

For safety reasons as well, if you're using it to develop locally, and not be a public server, it would be best to setup the server so that it runs off a port OTHER than the default of 80.
