newletter html format

What's the value of "src" in images. They need to be complete (i.e. www.domain.com/images/image.jpg).

another thing i was wondering was is there any possibility to insert flash animation in the newsletter ?

Certainly is m8. But it will NEED to be in HTML format to work.
