I want to have a scrollable option within a cell within a page. this is an html site, no Flash allowed. i don't want the generic scrollbar in the cell, i want to add my own small up and down arrow that when rolled over will scroll up or down. Can you point me in the right direction i.e. a website or tutorial? Thanks.
