I have a form that displays inventory levels for each item, and a checkbox besides each item. I want the user to be able to check several of the boxes and update the related table(the underlying table contains a Yes/No field). Actually this is the only field of the table to be updated. And once the box is checked, there will be a new order in the "orders" table(i haven't come to that step yet, and hopefully will get stuck there again<img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>

Multiple updates are always fun.....

You should try using the Update Multiple fields tutorial found at www.4guysfromrolla.com. It will first show you a multiple delete (follow this first) and then part 2 covers mutple updates.
