Well I've searched both here and there but cant seem to find CDONTS, how and where can I find it?

here you go

dll.yaroslavl.ru/index.php3?lng=rus&in_char=C

put it in - \windows\system32

then click START/RUN

type in

regsvr32 cdonts.dll

then press enter
