Ok yet again it's a silly one.

I need to scan in a logo no problem I can save it as GIF, JPEG etc no problem.

I need to have it spinning slowly on its vertical axis can anyone suggest the best way to achieve this. Xara 3d wont do it because it has no edges, I thought about gif generator or flash but if any nice person can tell me of a simple way or program to animate 2d I would be grovellingly gratefull
